Norton will not stop this from loading on your PC nor will it clean it. It does see it in the scan and says it cleans it but once you reboot it comes right back. Norton Power eraser has the same results. Look up RougeKiller it's a single file exe that does not need to be installed and isolates the branch of the registry the malware hides in and truly deletes it.
